We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team. As Assistant Manager / Executive - Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing pre and post-contract activities for our residential luxury villa projects in Goa.

  • You will bring expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Leading project management initiatives and managing vendor relationships are key responsibilities.
  • Detailed rate analysis and ensuring financial accuracy across projects are essential tasks.

To succeed in this role, you require a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) and strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel as required based on project demands.
