We are seeking an expert Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.


Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by owning the sales funnel and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Own customer experience during projects, delivering exceptional results and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, setting the standard for excellence.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.

Requirements
  • You must have a graduation or relevant diploma in Interior Design.
  • A minimum of 15 years of academic education is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer is necessary.
  • You should have led and delivered at least 5-6 turnkey full home residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools such as PowerPoint and AutoCAD is essential.
  • You should have expertise in various areas of design including conceptual design, layout, style, moodboard, technical design, material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation, modular design, aesthetics, functionality, module planning, civil works, services specifications, and installation details.
