Interior Design Professionals play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional experiences through meticulous design and technical expertise.

As a seasoned Interior Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating precise and detailed drawings that bring interior fit-outs, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects to life.

Working closely with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure seamless collaboration, precision, and adherence to project standards.

A passion for innovation, attention to detail, and creativity are essential qualities for this role, as you will be tasked with transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments.

  • Develop comprehensive drawings including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications.
  • Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into thorough working drawings.
  • Verify the accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting or equivalent, with proficiency in AutoCAD being essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.

A strong understanding of construction techniques, interior detailing, and materials is necessary, along with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and coordination abilities are required, as well as 8-10 years of experience in this field.
