We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to fill the role of Financial Controller, responsible for overseeing financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including SEBI regulations and Schedule III
  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS
  • Drive and monitor internal audit processes
  • Utilize advanced software systems for all financial operations and reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting using advanced data analytics
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements
  • Liaise with external parties, including auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and manage accurate and timely management information reports
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Lead periodic financial planning and performance reviews
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making
  • Build and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting
  • Track key business metrics and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
