Job Overview

A Senior Associate - Brand Solutions plays a pivotal role in the execution of impactful brand campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to develop and execute innovative campaign strategies.
  • Lead all Brand Solutions for select clients, tailoring them to their specific briefs and proactive pitches from the organization.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Creative team to conceptualize ideas that meet client needs, leveraging insights about the client, brand, and business to create effective solutions.
  • Oversee the execution of these ideas, managing all aspects alongside a team of juniors and in collaboration with the production team, adhering to set timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between campaign ideas and their execution with the client's vision and business objectives.
  • Broaden your knowledge base by brainstorming, collaborating, and driving ideation for the organization's projects, regularly researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay inspired, ahead of the curve, and consistently full of fresh ideas which can be transformed into pop-culture defining brand solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, guaranteeing maximum learning after each campaign or project is concluded.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute impactful brand campaigns through collaborative efforts with clients, internal teams, and production partners.
  • Lead all Brand Solutions for select clients, aligning them with their specific briefs and proactive pitches from the organization.

  • Drive innovation by brainstorming, collaborating, and driving ideation for the organization's projects.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and brand campaigns to stay informed and inspired.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or media.
  • Strong interest in culture, encompassing both mainstream and independent sub-cultures growing across India and globally.
  • Teamwork: Comfortable working within cross-functional teams.
  • Work ethic: Self-motivated, honest, proactive, takes ownership of work, and willing to go the extra mile to meet expectations.
  • Getting things done: Able to face challenges with confidence and figure out how to get things accomplished.
