Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct user research and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Create and test prototypes and wireframes to validate design concepts and assumptions.
  • Conduct usability testing. Implement and iterate on your design solutions based on user feedback and best practices.
  • Design user interfaces and interactions that are intuitive, engaging, and effective.
  • Interpret data and qualitative feedback for an evidence-based design.
  • Communicate and present your research findings and design decisions to various audiences.
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and implement design solutions.
  • Determine information architecture and create a sitemap.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX researcher and designer (or similar role).
  • Portfolio of UX research and design projects that blows us away.
  • Proficient in UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Proficient in UX research methods and tools.
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
