Job Title: Operational Lead

Job Description

The operational lead is responsible for overseeing a team of retail banking professionals with the goal of achieving business objectives. This involves managing and supervising a team to ensure effective implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
