Business Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive customer database by engaging with clients, collecting inquiries, and sending tailored offers regularly. Additionally, you will oversee the buying and selling of plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET, and PVC, from Indian producers and distributors, while also sourcing new customers.

You will represent the company at meetings, conferences, and international trade shows to promote our products and trademarks. You will maintain and nurture relationships with Indian resin producers and collaborate with the Branch Manager to monitor logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.

You will conduct market research to gather information on price setting for specific markets. Analyze market trends and competitors' products to inform market strategy. This requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets. In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India is essential. Ability to travel domestically or internationally for business purposes is required. Knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations is necessary.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrable analytical thinking and business acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills are required. Effective time and task management is necessary. Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or related fields is preferred. An MBA is advantageous but not necessary.
