Senior Visual Communications Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to lead our creative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a visual language across multiple brands and campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute innovative designs for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ideas that align with our brand strategy
- Mentor junior designers and visualizers to deliver high-quality work
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and creative executions
- Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations
- Presentation design and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
- Stay up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends
- 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design
