Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled visual communications specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients' websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing beautiful and innovative designs that meet client briefs and objectives
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their marketing strategies and target audiences
  • Delivering high-quality results that have an instant positive impact on consumers
  • Working on a range of creatives from e-commerce to social media, bringing simplicity in design to complex briefs
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
  • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience from digital agencies
  • Well-versed in editing videos with animations, motion graphics & visual effects
  • Deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
  • Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines
  • Attention to detail with ability to work under own initiative
  • Confident in bringing own innovative ideas and creativity to projects
  • Strong client liaison with proven track record of developing strong client relationships
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills
  • Design trends desirable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation beneficial
  • On- and Offline design experience with emphasis on Digital
  • Retouching experience and skills to mid-level
  • Expertise in beauty and BPC brands
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
