As a senior leader in Identity and Access Management, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our enterprise.

About the Role

The Identity and Access Operations Manager will oversee the management of IAM solutions and processes to ensure security, compliance, and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration between teams to leverage technology-based tools for reviewing, designing, and implementing strong IAM programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify complex business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on user access, data access, and information security to inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team for all IAM disciplines.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of the IAM system among business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher with 10 years of experience in related fields OR High School Diploma / GED with 14 years of experience AND 7 years of IT experience with 5 years of enterprise IAM solutions expertise.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team in IAM.
  • Experience with AWS IAM RBAC and ABAC, SAML, OIDC/OAuth, PKI, credential management, and national/international regulations such as NIST, ISO27001, SOX, GDPR.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies including Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID/M365, Sailpoint, CyberArk, and AWS Identity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Okta or Microsoft Certifications.
