Industrial Technologist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Opcenter solutions across our manufacturing landscape.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, with proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Siemens Opcenter solutions.
• Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, including LIMS and CALVIN.
• Evaluate and integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs, and work orders.
• Analyze manufacturing and lab processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Opcenter RD&L, LIMS, and CALVIN for lab workflow management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
