Deployment Engineer Job Description

Eternal Robotics is seeking a highly skilled Deployment Engineer to oversee end-to-end deployment projects. This role involves system validation, installation, customer training, and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Validation & Testing: Test and validate IoT systems in-house prior to deployment.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Document and report results with accuracy and completeness.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Pack, ship, and reinstall systems at customer sites.
  • Liaison with Electronics: Liaise with electronics (cameras, PLCs, servers) for integration.
  1. Customer Training & Support: Conduct training sessions on system operation and maintenance.
  2. Post-Deployment Monitoring: Provide post-deployment monitoring and ensure system performance.
  • Maintenance Contract Management: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for deployed systems.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise remote/field engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience deploying IoT systems.
  • Familiarity with cameras, PLCs, and industrial electronics.
