Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of world-class engineers in developing a highly scalable framework that covers the entire DevSecOps cycle.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate input, ensure seamless collaboration, and drive product development forward.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, AWS, SQL, and product development environments.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the platform, filling product backlogs, delivering production-ready code, mentoring junior developers, and coordinating stakeholder input.

The role requires a deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
