Senior Mixed-Signal IC Design Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Physical Design Lead Engineer to lead our development team on an advanced mixed-signal chip project.
This is a senior-level position that requires experience in all phases of IC design, from RTL to GDS2. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analog/mixed/custom signal PNR and TSMC 7nm PNR sign-off using a full COT flow.
The successful candidate will build and guide a team of implementation engineers, work with external IP vendors to integrate blocks into the design, and ensure that each aspect of the design meets the specified requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of complex mixed-signal SoCs
- Build and guide a team of implementation engineers

- Experience in all phases of IC design process from RTL->GDS2
- Analog/Mixed/Custom Signal PNR experience preferred
- TSMC 7nm PNR sign-off experience using full COT flow
- Hierarchical Place & Route experience
- Floorplanning, clock & power network architecture and design experience
- UPF/CPF power intent flow – multiple supply domains experience
- Thorough understanding of digital design, timing analysis, and DFT
- LVS/DRC/ERC, EMIR (static & dynamic) knowledge
- FCBGA I/O ring layout knowledge
- EDT tools: Cadence (Innovus, Voltus), Mentor (Calibre), Ansys (Redhawk, Totem)
- BTech/MTech/PhD with 5-10 years' experience in chip implementation and 3-5 years as top-level lead
- Proven track record with multiple successful final production tape-outs at 16/14nm, 10nm, preferably 7nm
- Knowledge of embedded processors and high-speed interfaces/memory controllers
- Able to contribute to and guide the development process to meet stringent industry segment requirements
