Performance Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering Specialist to join our team.

  • Job Description: Develop and execute performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of performance testing tools: NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Shell, and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with web technologies: HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, WebSockets, and database performance validation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
