Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform as a Product Management Intern. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us build a scalable Identity Governance and Administration solution that solves our end-users' pain points in identity, application, and access management.

The successful intern will work closely with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs, and collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product. They will also support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate customer experience in collaboration with Product Design.

Additionally, the intern will coordinate with the QA team to test & release product features, analyze product performance and adoption post-launch, and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and create collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • Work with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and prototypes.
  • Test and release new product features.
  • Analyze product metrics to inform future product development.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in product development or related field.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Basic understanding of software development and Agile frameworks.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
