Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee architecture design and build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

They will also have experience with project management software and tools, and be proficient in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues, ensuring they are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews to continuously improve project management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
