As a Data Management and Analytics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, transform, and load large datasets for actionable insights
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data assets
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Automate data workflows and processes to boost efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Document data processes and ensure adherence to data governance policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data analytics and management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Robotics Data Analytics
  • Consistent academic record with minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL)
  • Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI), Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Python
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions
