Job Title: Data Analyst and System Resolution Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to focus on resolving daily issues related to data processing and file flow across multiple systems.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure smooth data exchange, identify root causes of system-related problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include supervising daily data processes, tackling system reconciliation issues, working with internal and external teams to address system dependencies, documenting recurring issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data transfer processes and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in working with data analysis tools and quality assurance standards.
