Metadologie is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions according to business requirements
  • Customize and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce Developer certifications
