Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce solutions according to business requirements
Customise and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
