Training Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs across various stakeholders, including new hires, existing team members, and supervisory staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, public speaking, and facilitation. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging content
  • Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, and reports
  • Conduct regular evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in training delivery or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms
  • Experience with QA and performance improvement frameworks is an asset
