Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned delivery expert to lead high-impact technology units with full accountability.

This role demands hands-on oversight of complex, multi-location programs across AI/ML, SRE, DevOps, and platform engineering.

The ideal candidate will drive execution excellence in dynamic environments while partnering with stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Lifecycle Delivery Oversight: Manage all phases of program delivery from solution shaping to steady-state operations.
  • P&L Leadership: Manage financial performance for assigned areas, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and strategic growth planning.
  • Execution in Complex Environments: Lead distributed teams working on concurrent multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Client Value & Relationship Management: Serve as senior leader for strategic clients, building trust-based partnerships at the executive level.
  • Practice & Capability Building: Scale high-performing teams across AI, SRE, DevOps, and platform engineering.
  • Platform Development Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable platforms that support digital transformation.
  • Delivery Risk & Compliance: Implement frameworks for operational risk management, delivery compliance, quality assurance, and SLA adherence.
  • Innovation and Modernization Leadership: Orchestrate transformation agendas through modern practices and automation approaches.
  • People and Performance Management: Attract and develop senior talent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT delivery and program management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L for a practice or unit with revenues exceeding $50M.
  • Strong expertise in leading agile-at-scale and DevOps-based delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex programs involving AI/ML, SRE, cloud-native architecture, and platform development.
  • Proven capability in managing delivery under tight SLAs, regulatory constraints, and global delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
