Interior Designer Job Opportunity

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for interior design?

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time basis.

  • This is a day shift position located in Santacruz West, where you will work closely with our lead designer and collaborate with clients to create stunning interior spaces.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to the lead designer by assisting with client meetings, project management, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  2. Accompany the lead designer during site visits and showroom meetings, taking detailed notes and capturing photos and measurements.
  3. Utilize CAD software to create precise drawings for client projects.
  4. Conduct research on decor trends and materials, providing pricing, availability, and stock information to clients.
  5. Manage orders, purchases, and deliveries, submitting receipts and tracking order status.
  6. Maintain spreadsheets for client selections and finish materials, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  7. Schedule appointments for designers, contractors, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination.
  8. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing project updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  9. Meet with vendors and assist with installations, ensuring high-quality results.
  10. Submit detailed hours and mileage logs monthly, facilitating accurate billing and accounting.
  11. Regularly review the client spreadsheet for new tasks, updating the status of assigned tasks at the end of each day.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
