About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural documentation and a proven track record of producing high-quality construction drawings for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs and details for large-scale projects, from concept through to construction administration.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and meet all project requirements and building codes.
  • Produce and manage detailed design sets using CAD software, ensuring all standards and protocols are followed.
  • Review and redline designs, and mentor junior designers to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of project specifications, reports, and other technical documents.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Designer, with a strong focus on architectural projects.
  • Excellent proficiency in CAD software is a must, with a demonstrated ability to create precise and detailed designs.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials relevant to complex construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
