Job Title: Sustainability Manager

This role plays a crucial part in our organization's journey to reduce its carbon footprint and achieve sustainability goals.

  • Optimize monitoring and reporting on Scope 1&2 footprint of warehouses and factories.
  • Identify key solutions to reduce the carbon footprint in a cost-efficient manner and turn these into a roadmap that aligns with industry targets.
  • Report on the progress of implementation of factory projects in close collaboration with teams.
Geographic Scope

Sub-Sahara Africa (based), Southeast Asia, and Canada.

Required Expertise
  • Masters Degree in environmental sciences or related studies.
  • At least 5 years' experience in GHG reporting and reduction trajectories at industrial sites for Scope 1 and 2.
  • Extensive understanding of renewable energy solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with various teams.
  • Self-starter who can identify, justify, and work on priorities with little supervision.
