We are seeking a seasoned Art Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative visual solutions that drive brand success.
Key Responsibilities:- Creative & Visual Leadership: Leverage your expertise to create and maintain a consistent visual language across integrated campaigns, delivering high-quality results.
- Conceptual Development: Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to generate impactful ideas and campaign platforms rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
- Client Collaboration: Effectively present and articulate creative ideas to clients, providing strategic rationale and building trust through clear communication and passion for creativity.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers, fostering a culture of excellence and mentorship.
- Executional Excellence: Supervise all stages of production, including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production, ensuring creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
- Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
- Strong command over design fundamentals.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
- Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
- Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
Hard Skills: Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, Midjourney / AI
