Treasury Service Relationship Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Client Relations team as a Treasury Service Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, deep market intelligence, and superior relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management and investments.
  • Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or Graduate degree.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales/CORporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions.
