NPI Program Manager Job Opportunity

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth product launches. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing / Program Management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engineering Documentation Management: Interpret and maintain engineering drawings/documents, ensuring translation into procurement and production requirements.
  2. Manufacturing Inputs Transformation: Transform Product Design and Quality requirements into Manufacturing inputs with OEM Partners.
  3. Change Management Implementation: Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) and implement changes in production.
  4. Bill of Materials Maintenance: Prepare and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products.
  5. End-of-Life Planning: Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) status and plan accordingly.
  6. Component Obsolescence Tracking: Track obsolescence of components and alert the engineering team when required.
  7. Development Project Coordination: Coordinate Development projects from prototype to mass production phases.
  8. NPI Information Verification: Verify NPI specifics information/documents are released on JIRA/Confluence.
  9. Audit Support: Support and participate in ISO audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing / Program Management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings/documentation and manufacturing processes.
