Are you an analytical expert who can drive business growth through data-driven insights? We are looking for a skilled Insight Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead customer and business analytics initiatives, developing actionable insights that inform key business decisions. They will partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics projects, manage a small analytics pod, and collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to strengthen data infrastructure and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate business-critical insights on promotion effectiveness, elasticity, and customer engagement.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty.
  • Prioritize the analytics backlog and guide a team of analysts in methodology, prioritization, and problem-solving.
  • Explore artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools to improve customer segmentation, churn prediction, and self-serve analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business insights, analytics, or customer intelligence, preferably in B2C retail or e-commerce.
  • A strong track record in building and operationalizing customer metrics, such as retention, repeat, churn, and CLTV.
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and SQL.
  • Experience in leading a small analytics team or mentoring analysts.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM, such as churn prediction, propensity models, and uplift modeling is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
