Job Title: Child Safety Advocacy Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Freelance Child Safety Advocate to join our team of experts in creating safer environments for children. This role involves delivering engaging and age-appropriate child safety awareness programs to students from standards 4th to 9th, emphasizing Good Touch and Bad Touch concepts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Delivery: Design and conduct interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring effective program delivery and positive outcomes.
  • Training Development: Develop and adapt content to align with POCSO Act guidelines, guaranteeing that educators and participants have a comprehensive understanding of child safety protocols.
  • Impact Measurement: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback collection, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to schools and educators, promoting a culture of child safety and compliance with legal requirements under the POCSO Act.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
  • Experience: Background in training, education, people communication, client communication, or social work is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
