
Executive Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee office supplies, printing materials, and coordinate procurement.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the team, securing flights and hotels that meet their needs, particularly in remote areas.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors for food, vehicles, and projectors to support program requirements.
- Negotiate favorable rates for quality services.
- Implement an efficient filing system for confidential company documents.
- Provide timely updates to employees on travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
- Distribute and store correspondence efficiently.
- Supervise junior staff and offer guidance and support.
- Assist other teams with daily tasks as required.
- Evaluate and ensure venue bookings for quarterly and annual reviews and events.

Qualifications and Experience:
