Job Title: US Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive excellence.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues, providing innovative solutions to clients and addressing their concerns.
  • Maintain strict compliance with IRS and state tax regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, building strong relationships through regular updates and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive client service strategies and business initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPA or EA certification is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 10 years of experience in US taxation, with expertise in 1040, 1065, 1120, and estate/trust returns.
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring teams is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax law is crucial.
  • Proficiency with tax software such as CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or equivalent is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills are required.
