Seeking a seasoned network professional to spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise datacenter networks.

This role requires an expert with in-depth knowledge of Cisco Nexus platforms, Virtual Port Channel, Overlay Transport Virtualization, and FabricPath technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy advanced datacenter networking solutions built on Cisco Nexus platforms.
  • Configure and troubleshoot complex Cisco datacenter technologies, including vPC, OTV, and FabricPath.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of datacenter network infrastructure.
  • Perform proactive monitoring and optimization of datacenter networks.
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline operations and enhance operational consistency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise with Cisco Nexus platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of vPC, OTV, and FabricPath technologies, including deployment and management.
  • Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking protocols and enterprise-class environments.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting or equivalent programming for automation and network optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with network automation/orchestration tools, such as Ansible or Puppet.
  • Knowledge of network virtualization and emerging datacenter technologies, including software-defined networking (SDN).
