As a vital member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of master data related to SKUs, pricing, recipes, and store details. This position is crucial in maintaining data integrity across systems and supporting scalable finance operations aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain master data across SKUs, prices, recipes, and store profiles by utilizing your exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Support new product development by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate SKU and recipe setup in the system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SKU corrections, reporting, and system mappings, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Work closely with the tech team to implement and deploy systems that meet business needs, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy for internal and external reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Regularly monitor, validate, and update master data to maintain consistency and correctness, leveraging your problem-solving and analytical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Business Administration in Finance or related field, with a strong focus on data management and analysis.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar MDM or finance support role, demonstrating a track record of success and growth.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and data management tools, with a strong understanding of business processes and approval workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
