Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of companies and providing expert advice to clients.

In this critical position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive sustainability assessments and creating ESG reports based on Indian and global frameworks.
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian and international assurance standards for sustainability.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities through thorough ESG due diligence.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive long-term environmental and social objectives.
  • Collaborating with clients and team members to manage projects efficiently and achieve successful outcomes.

To excel in this role, you will require:

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in ESG consulting.
  • Proven expertise in ESG strategy, reporting, assurance, and due diligence assignments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ESG frameworks, including BRSR, GRI, CDP, and Ecovadis.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
