ServiceNow Business Analyst – Order Management,
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Order Management, with hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team to maintain the backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and propose alternatives when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Order Management, especially the data model. Experience with data activities, CMDB knowledge, and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow. A strong grasp of functional aspects of data and ability to work with SMEs on mappings is also essential. Furthermore, knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and experience managing large data extractions and transforming them into ServiceNow target formats are highly valued. Familiarity with CSM/OM data model and best practices for data usage, as well as knowledge of API Integration and ITIL processes, are also required.
