Job Title: ServiceNow Order Management Developer
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team for a long-term contract. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in Order Management.
The role involves developing enhancements and implementing solutions using ServiceNow OM and CSM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the platform, including integrations, portal management, and customization.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enhancements and implement solutions using ServiceNow OM and CSM modules.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and tech leads to design and implement best-practice solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with platform standards and minimize customizations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow OM and CSM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
This is a long-term freelance/contract position offering competitive compensation. As part of the selection process, candidates will undergo a technical assessment.
