Job Title: Senior Consultant - Indirect Tax Litigation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in the area of Indirect Tax Litigation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on indirect tax matters, including litigation and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice to clients on indirect tax matters, including litigation and advisory services.
  • Manage and coordinate teams to deliver high-quality projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • CA or Law Graduate from a known institution with a strong academic track record.
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and researching skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Representation before various judicial forums.
