About this internship

We're seeking a Doctor to join our remote team. This role focuses on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and guiding clients toward long-term wellness.

This is not a sales role – it's consultative, client-engagement where you'll connect with clients over video consultations, educate them about FUME's holistic health process, and help them set achievable health goals and lifestyle changes.

This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates from AYUSH or allied doctor-track fields who want to apply their knowledge in a modern, digital wellness environment while gaining real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
  • Review basic health reports, symptoms, and lifestyle details
  • Educate clients on holistic health transformation methodology
  • Support clients in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes
  • Build trust, explain recommended next steps in simple terms
  • Document accurate records of conversations and progress

Requirements:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, or related AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs
  • Not open for candidates with 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable conducting video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Empathetic, confident, and client-facing personality
  • Interest in lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing

Internship Structure:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Initial phase: Part-time (Preferably first half of the day)
  • Later phase: transition into full-time role with PPO pathway
  • Mode: Fully Remote
