Optimize Industrial Machinery Performance

As a Support Service Techn, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of industrial machinery. Our dynamic global technology company is seeking an experienced technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remotely monitor vibration data from industrial machinery using state-of-the-art monitoring tools and software.
  • Analyze and generate reports on vibration spectra and trends to detect anomalies, diagnose potential issues, and predict equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and field service engineers to interpret monitoring results, provide recommendations for maintenance or corrective actions, and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and recommend predictive maintenance strategies based on vibration analysis findings to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in applying data acquisition processing related technologies (e.g., sensors, measurement systems) in industrial environments.
  • Understanding of industrial assets (e.g., motors, fans, pumps, compressors), production processes, and maintenance procedures.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge in the industrial area, including machine maintenance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in industrial maintenance environments.
