Our organization is seeking an experienced visual storyteller to join our team as a Freelance Graphic Designer. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that drive shares and educate millions of Indians.

About the Role
  • Design daily social content including Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art that resonates with our audience.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual system by defining and enforcing our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Conceptualize and design clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share based on performance metrics and rapid A/B tests.
  • Support motion graphics and video creation, including titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and editing simple reels when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives and timelines are met while maintaining a clean and searchable library of design files and templates.
Requirements
  • You have 2–5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media, preferably in finance or fintech.
  • Your portfolio showcases a strong track record of Instagram-first work, including carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, and data illustrations.
  • You are proficient in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) and have basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for motion graphics.
  • You are comfortable working with data visualization and can turn numbers into clean and digestible graphics.
  • You possess solid typography and layout fundamentals, with sharp attention to detail and consistency.
  • You can work effectively in fast sprints, manage multiple briefs, and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.
