About the Analytics Manager Role

The Business Intelligence Lead will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across various categories. This position involves building long-term visions, strategizing, and scaling by empowering team members to deliver results while collaborating with other functions such as Product, Technology, and Fulfillment.

The successful candidate will analyze metrics, key indicators, and available data sources to identify root causes of process defects, support business development, and create efficient designs and solution processes. They will also determine optimal resource utilization and engage with internal partners throughout the organization to meet and exceed customer service levels & transport-related KPIs.

  • Perform data analysis and develop solutions based on insights captured from data
  • Provide actionable insights to management and contribute to strategic planning
  • Analyze metrics, key indicators, and available data sources to discover the root causes of process defects
  • Support business development and design efficient processes
  • Determine optimal resource utilization
  • Engage with internal partners to meet and exceed customer service levels & transport-related KPIs

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional with:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence

- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager

- Strong background in data analysis and reporting industry experience is a plus

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and regression techniques

- Excellent communication and team management skills

- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities

- Attention to detail

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field

- 3+ Years of team handling. Managing at least 7 to 10 employees

Key Responsibilities:
