This role is responsible for analyzing diverse data sets and preparing reports that impact customer lifecycle activities and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include creating reports using reporting tools, conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers, and producing reports on campaign effectiveness.

Required skills and qualifications include at least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with a strong focus on analytical reporting and dashboard creation. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and big data queries is essential, along with excellent communication skills and knowledge of campaign metrics and customer lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, with the ability to not only generate reports but also define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly. Knowledge of analytics is preferred but not required.
