  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective trademark policies and procedures.">
  • Prepare and file trademark applications, responses, and oppositions, as well as draft cease and desist notices.">
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in trademark laws and regulations, providing expert advice to stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in trade mark management, with a focus on trademark search, registration procedure, and data management.">
  • Proven expertise in drafting and filing trademark-related documents, including oppositions, counter statements, affidavits, and cease and desist notices.">
  • Strong understanding of trademark laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as experience with intellectual property rights and copyright laws.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.">
  • Degree in Law from a recognized University.">
