Job Title: Head of Autonomous Networks

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading global transformation programs for Communication Service Providers and Original Equipment Manufacturers.

About the Role

This role is focused on driving business growth through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.

  • Develop strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation initiatives that enable customers to harness AI, automation, and orchestration.
  • Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Represent the company in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions.
  • Build and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs.
  • Executive presence and influence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Business and commercial acumen with strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Define strategic plans, drive implementation, and lead change initiatives that enable clients to leverage AI, automation, and orchestration.
  2. Direct large-scale delivery projects with CSPs and OEMs, generating quantifiable business value through cutting-edge automation and AI/ML solutions.
  3. Advocate for next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  4. Represent the organization in international industry events, executive conferences, and client boardroom meetings.
  5. Bolster and motivate high-performing technical and delivery teams across regions.
