About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Manager with 2-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing, customer experience solutions, and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain reports using CRM tools.
  • Industry & Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery, sales support, and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in digital marketing or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, CRM systems, and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
