Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, quality-focused leader to spearhead our 3D product quality management efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a keen eye for visuals, a passion for process improvement, and a desire to drive editor performance and client satisfaction.

  • Establish High Visual Standards: Ensure that all 3D products meet the highest standards of realism, lighting, and layout.
  • Monitor Editor Work: Track rework trends and lead corrective actions to enhance editor efficiency.
  • Enhance Trainer Competency: Collaborate with trainers to upskill based on real data and improve editing skills.
  • Develop SOPs and Streamline Processes: Create standard operating procedures and streamline workflows to accelerate editing without compromising quality.
  • Boost Jeeves Scores and Reduce Rework: Contribute to internal editing adoption by boosting Jeeves scores and minimizing rework.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging.
  • QA or team lead experience.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills.
  • Degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing.
