Facilities Management Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities management team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, reduce costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems. They will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of building equipment, developing and implementing energy-efficient solutions, and conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovations. They will also be able to develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the facilities management team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems
